quick question about seige

I was wondering If I attack with a knight an opponent knight at a castle location and I have a support command with a seige weapon. do the support granted is 4 as seige attack a castle or is it 0

Siege Engine: Adds 4 Combat Strength
when attacking (or supporting an attack
against) an area containing a Castle or
Stronghold.
