Kushala 1 Posted February 3, 2014 Just looking to check a couple of things about energy armor. I've gotten +5AT against energy through the creature trait Mystical Armor (p293) and I was just checking whether or not that also applies to fire/cold/elec or just to energy. And does energy armor type only work against abilities that deal damage of energy type or against any ability that would cause an effect through energy, such as something that would cause a MR roll? ElricOfMelnibone 15 Posted February 3, 2014 The creature power Mystical Armor (and Physical Armor) grants you not a +X AT, but an extra ATX Layer. When you add multiple layers of Armor you only apply fully the first layer, then add to it HALF (rounded down) the following layers. Hence if you have Mystical Armor (5), you have either a first AT5 layer against Energy or (if you have an Energy AT layer of 6 or more) you have a +2AT against Energy. Energy Armor only work against Energy. Elemental ATs (Heat, Electricity, Cold) are for some reason considered as Physical in this game. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
