If no, what about Faerie? 4) If something allows you to access multiple cards from HQ - do you look at one, put it back, reshuffle - look at another (thereby giving you the chance of seeing the same one) or look at them one by one without reshuffling their hand. I don't remember off the top of my head. 4) One by one without reshuffling. The whole point of multiple draws during one run is so you don't see the same card twice. Though once you draw the next card, you cannot go back to a previous one and decide to trash it (if able). However, anything that requires a program be trashed as a cost REQUIRES the cost be paid in full to get the effect. Therefore if you prevent Faerie's self-trash, it can't break anything.Ngunz is correct everywhere he's answered definitively.
