CommissarFeesh 458 Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) Subroutines resolve in order. The moment one ends the run, you're out. EDIT: It's moot with Wotan anyway - all the conditions are optional, and the runner's choice. If you can't pass Wotan, you're unlikely to choose to trash a program or take a brain damage.
