SolP 13 Posted December 10, 2013 Does Hard target give your enemies an extra -20% to BS, on top of the -20% that already comes from taking a run action, for a total of -40% to BS, or is this some kind of mistake from the writers. As far as I know, the -20% to BS against running enemies was removed in Dark Heresy and the later games, but for some reason reinstated in Only War.
