Is there an official ruling on the interaction of this card with Forced Responses for the LCG? The wording of the card, along with this excerpt from http://chris-long.com/cthulhu/cthulhuGlossary.cfm: "[Forced Responses] are similar to Responses, but are not a subset of them, and must be treated as unique" leads me to believe that Forced Responses are indeed safe from Power Drain.
