YT-2400 build - a work in progress

Recommended Posts

Alright, figured Id cut up a Falcon for fun. Was going to do something like a 2000 or just a cockpit reposition but really wanted to do the 2400 when I was done looking at pics. So heres what Ive got so far. Still not painted up but think its about done as far as the modification goes.

Captain you're correct that the bump isn't present on the 2400. It was there from when I was going to put the cockpit centered and above the front of the ship. Just imagine a cockpit bubble on the front of the hump and you'll get the idea. I figured since I had already green stuffed it and glued it down is keep it to make it a unique 2400. Some smugglers observation port I guess.

VERY cool stuff there! I used to build model cars but never did much with minis. Never played Warhammer, etc. I love this game and love the minis. Haven't tried my hand at customizing yet, but this is giving me the itch... ;-)

And I bought a "Blue" A Wing on eBay... $15 shipping included, so was no more than a "regular" ship at my FLGS and I didn't have an A Wing. That's made me think about other things now of course... :-)
