New FAQ and tournament rules!

Anyone have any major thoughts or take-aways from this? I have a few:

Snotling Invasion no longer unquie - nice for Orcs!

End Times limit 1 per deck - there goes any viable End Times Decks IMO. You can't reliably draw that.

FREE WILLY!!!

JOV - yet another restriced Empire card - shucks!

You can't reliably draw End Times, but you can reliably Heroic Task it.....just my .02

I can't tell you how happy I am about the JOV restricted.  Maybe then Wood Elves will have other play options, because if I had to pick Innovation or JOV, I would pick Innovation all day long.

Will should have never been on that list to begin with IMO.

Snotling I really don't have a problem with because I play a development every chance I get anyway.  Annoying and deserving of "restricted" status? Yes.  Worthy of the "Limit 1 per deck" status AND "restricted"?  Not even close.

I got in an discussion with my brother about which card is allowed in head to head.

So must ask the forum to end the discussion.

I think that you may use all cards in head to head.

My brother thinks in head to head you may not use the cards from the Cataclysm deluxe expansion.

He thinks that if you use the cards from the Cataclysm expansion you must join the the 2 restricted lists.

Please settle this for us

Wow.  What an utter disaster these FAQs have gotten these days.

How many frikkin' cards are they going to throw the Limited keyword on that were NOT printed with that word on them?  It's ridiculous.

Honestly, designers, pray tell - how do you really expect people to handle this?  Have ever player somehow remember every one of these?  Print little stickers to put on the cards themselves or write on them with a pen?  Or worse, just have to carry this part of the FAQ with you for every game?

What a total disaster.

Looks like it's time for me to do a new big "after the fact" review of the game taking a long, sad look at its current clunky rules-state.

Just awful.  I'm gone from the game for a year or two and THIS is where it goes?  No wonder it's so impossible to find people to play with in most areas.  Good grief.
