Quick AFFC setup question

Just picked up the a feast for crows expansion. Which garrison/neutral tokens are placed to start the game? The instructions stated to use all the 3 player neutral tokens except storms end and that the eyrie functions as a house garrison token for house Arran. Also states that kings landing functions as the house garrison for the lannisters... So my question is: do u still place the lannisport garrison token(giving the lannisters 2 house garrison tokens) and do u still place the dragonstone and winterfell house garrison tokens for the other 2 houses? only mentions the eyrie and kings landing from what i remember. Wish the instructions were more clear in this regard. Thanks for the help, looking forward to this new gameplay 4 player concept.

From the bottom of Rules Card 4:

 

"Unless specifically stated otherwise, follow all rules from the core game as normal."

 

So, yes, each house gets their normal Garrison Token.

So does Lannister get two garrison tokens or just one?

Rules Card 5, Garrison Tokens:

 

"The King's Landing and The Eyrie Neutral Force tokens are treated as Garrisons belonging to House Lannister and House Arryn, respectively. (Note: King's Landing is not considered a home area despite the presence of a Garrison token).

 

Therefore, Lannister has two Garrisons.-- one in their home area (Lannisport) and one in King's Landing.
