Errant 185 Posted September 9, 2013 Into the Storm has rules for Freebooters, Navis Primer has alternate ranks for WeirdBoyz. That's about it, really. Erathia 648 Posted September 9, 2013 Battlefleet Koronus also has the stats for a couple different Ork ships, as well as special Orkship rules and some tables to roll on for making your vessel more Orky. Koronus Bestiary has a few more Ork weapons like the Tankhammer or Urty Syringe, as well as a few other upgrades and ranged weapon types. Erathia 648 Posted September 9, 2013 Weirdboys would be tricky to simulate without Navis Primer, but I think if you had that one book you could probably figure out a generic freebooter and some traits from there. Morangias 465 Posted September 11, 2013 Just so you know, the Ork Freebooter as written up in Into the Storm is an extremely fun character to play, with lots of special "Orky" Talents. The same book also has alternate ranks for playing a Mekboy and/or a Kommando. You can probably wing it to satisfying results, but it's really worth giving a look. Meanwhile, the Weirdboy is... glorious. No other word expresses it properly: glorious! I'm not sure if it's actually playable, but it sure looks ridiculously fun to play. Judging by the report from my player who played one while his Arch-Militant was having his skeleton replaced it is incredibly fun to play. It also is great for doing surprising and unexpected things that will trip up both GMs and players, but with the right player behind it no one wlil mind.
