CommissarFeesh 458 Posted September 3, 2013 To give a little more explanation: An Agenda has no rez cost (this is not the same as a rez cost of zero), rules state it must be placed into play unrezzed. Ergo, Agendas cannot be rezzed. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
