EotE - Begginers Game - Starter Characters

Does each beginner game box come with the same starter characters? Mine only came with Pash, Vex, Oskara and The Wookie. I've seen some people playing with a Technician? Are there more pre-made characters for the game, or are these games that are using additional custom characters?
