Hecutor-pattern Plasma Broadside Capacity Slot

Does Hecutor-pattern Plasma Broadside supposed to have "broadside trait" and therefore only can be installed on port or starboard? 

 

The name suggest that it should but in every other weapon with broadside trait, that is mentioned specificly and on this one it's not (unless I am missing something?)
