The updated document is available on the game's support page: * Opening Moves will not be legal for the North American Championship tournament at Gen Con Indy 2013. * Players who receive a Bye gain 4 prestige but do not accumulate strength of schedule, nor do they count wins for their Corp or Runner decks.
