Serif Marak 292 Posted October 14, 2016 (edited) Kainrath's loot table format is kinda.... Off.... So, I reformatted and slightly revised it. Mostly shortening entries, but I also got rid of some of the 'deeds' and replaced with 'map to' or 'schematic of' in some cases. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WVl7G9cTwrn81pfHbHCubfrrv3gYGgu3X2fbx8_m9HI/edit It's still his roll table, but a much more print friendly version. Also, since I can't find a single file for this anymore, I made a printable format for the EotE page backgrounds. mfluder photoshopped them into images, and I just put the images on the same document. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lFpeFN7wcdC2R9eiJ6hpEpNT1MdPfg3su19yPGXLKNE/edit Should work without issue. I don't think I have to do anything with my printer settings to make it fit. It does print out with a small white border that is uniform all around, so don't worry about the formatting of the images on the document. bradknowles 4,376 Posted October 27, 2016 Sorry but... i was looking for OggDude Char Gen and i tried both link here, but they are'nt working... OggDude keeps his first post updated with the current links. See https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/topic/89135-another-character-generator/#entry848918 If those links don’t work for you, then it might be a problem with dropbox or whatever hosting provider is being used, and you should post in that thread to see if anyone knows of any current problems. Squirrelsan 433 Posted October 30, 2016 I created some data cards for the different lightsaber crystals, I thought they'd be a nice thing to give players when they get a lightsaber crystal as a sort of loot card. The full set is in a zip file here. Samples below. I haven't got my copy of Endless Vigil yet so you'll have to wait on those until my book turns up, unless someone wants to send me the info, but I've done FaD, KtP and SS. Also please point out any errors you spot so I can correct them. 12 1 shadeleader, Blackbird888, hikari_dourden and 10 others reacted to this

Blackbird888 4,101 Posted October 31, 2016 (edited) Some proofreading errors: Barab Ingot: When installed in a lightsaber. They... should be "lightsaber, they..." Dantari crystal: Discovered within the eggs of the kinrath- giant, venomous, cave-dwelling arachnids- it.... There should be an em dash at these points. Kimber stone: ...kimber stones are occasionallysold... Missing a space. Either that, or the font is wonky. Krayt dragon pearl: The Terrible krayt dragons... Unnecessary capital T. Sorian crystal: ...stones originate. Many traders... ...moving at high speed-such as another lightsaber. I believe the first line should be "originate, many," and the second should have an em dash instead. I think that may be everything I noticed. EDIT: Dragite gem: ...one of the most brittle... Shouldn't that be brittlest? Edited October 31, 2016 by Blackbird888 1 Squirrelsan reacted to this
Squirrelsan 433 Posted October 31, 2016 Thanks @Blackbird888 for those. My copy of the book definitely says "most brittle" but that may be different between versions? Everything else I have changed as you suggested (Kimber Stone did have a space but was displaying oddly, I've got it looking better now).
Squirrelsan 433 Posted November 9, 2016 My copy of Endless Vigil arrived so I have added Etaan and Ghostfire crystals. Will need to update them once the question about hardpoints is cleared up. 5 hikari_dourden, Ogrebear, bradknowles and 2 others reacted to this

Nytwyng 4,209 Posted November 17, 2016 Thanks, Blackbird! Before seeing those just now, I'd started mulling over a similar concept for myself a few hours ago. They'll be perfect for a method of randomizing the type of crystal that characters might find that I have in mind. 1 jayc007 reacted to this

Nate 289 Posted December 29, 2016 (edited) I've added the Edge of the Kingdom fantasy conversion that Blue Dog shared (it's at the bottom of the page with other applications for new settings). -Nate Edited December 29, 2016 by Nate
Metushelah 49 Posted December 30, 2016 how do you use the range scale that PlainDog added? I mean, it seems to me you would need such a scale around every character as you can be engaged with one enemy but in short with another and they both are medium from each other for example (if they try to flank you for example). This becomes tedious and something that Roll20 should be able to do easily but then you enter the realm of movement points like in DnD which this system tried to somewhat avoid. Am i missing something? (If you need further clarification, the range bands works like radar rings around your character extending outwards to count the number of movements and difficulties you will have in an encounter)

It's purely informational for the player and we are not using it in any way with models etc 2 Matt Skywalker and Metushelah reacted to this
Plaindog 37 Posted January 3, 2017 Oh and I am also working on a Interactive Mission Board for my players in Powerpoint. When they come to a spacestation they can look up missions on it. I am going to use it with a HP Pavilion tablet PC with a touchscreen. Can't wait to try it out in my little Star Wars sandbox 12 Andreievitch, Metushelah, Ferryman and 9 others reacted to this

Made this from a real mayday to the coast guard somewhere in the arctic Sa Nalaor distress signal https://clyp.it/rzqmvzdf Of course your players have to use Computer skills to clean up the signal 6 Ferryman, Jareth Valar, themensch and 3 others reacted to this
Tom Cruise 1,156 Posted January 4, 2017 I have no idea if any of this will be useful to any of you, but here's some visual assets I made for my own Roll20 games. I found that players were forgetting the Diceroll macro Roll20 uses for EotE dice, so I made this as a little reminder to leave on the screen at all times, haven't had a single forgetful player since. (Here it is as a transparent PNG to blend in with backgrounds that aren't black). Naturally only gonna be useful for people who play on Roll20 and use the API script for Star Wars dice, but figured it might help someone out. I also made some tokens for destiny points, so I could just leave them on the "table" as a nice little visual reminder. I might be able to dig up the PSDs for these if anyone needs them for some reason, just shoot me a PM or something. 7 Matt Skywalker, ThreeAM, bradknowles and 4 others reacted to this

tiederian 1 Posted January 14, 2017 I remember a few months back or so coming across either a website or program (I can't really remember to be honest) that had loads of stat profiles on it, but the main use it had was you could build your own NPCs into the 'software' and it would show you the dice pool for each check. It was SUPER helpful for remembering what you're rolling for minion groups, as that obviously changes based on how many minions are left. Does anyone know where I can find that again? I wasn't GM'ing at the time so stupidly forgot to bookmark it. 1 jarick098 reacted to this
