Upcoming Changes to the Fantasy Flight Games Forums   01/20/2017

Hello Fantasy Flight Games forum community!   This week, we will be making some important changes to your Fantasy Flight Games community account and the way that you log into the Fantasy Flight Games community forums and web store.   We have been working hard to integrate with the rest of the Asmodee group, and we are happy to announce a unified way to access all the websites and apps made by Fantasy Flight Games, Days of Wonder, and Asmodee!   For most users, nothing will change: you will still log into the Fantasy Flight Games forums using your current login name and password. Only the login user interface will be new.   For a few users, your credentials might be slightly changed. For example, this could happen to users who have both a Fantasy Flight Games and Days of Wonder account, or in the case of conflicting login names across platforms. When these situations occur, special e-mails will be sent to those users with an easy explanation about those changes and what steps to take next. For any of you receiving those e-mails, please make sure to follow the instructions carefully.   Remember, official communications from Fantasy Flight Games or Asmodee.Net will never ask for your password.   What are the benefits for you as a player? Using a unified account to access all of our web services and apps makes your life simpler. Over time, you will see new features emerging, such as keeping all of your friends under a single account, finding friends easily in apps with online play, or developing your personal profile by adding to your board games collection. These are just some of the features that you will see during the next year, once this important technical step is complete.   Important note: The migration of the forums to our new system will take place on Tuesday, January 24th. The forums will be offline for about two hours during that time. Once the migration is complete, older forum posts may look strange for up to 24 hours as we rebuild them in our new system.   We can’t wait to connect our board game communities and build bridges between universes, game systems, players, events, groups, game clubs, and more! This is only the first step in bringing people and games closer together. For more information, read our FAQ at https://asmodee.helpshift.com/a/asmodee-net/.   Best regards,   The Fantasy Flight Games Team

Compiled Resources List

624 posts in this topic

The first fully layed-out and published fan made Star Wars eote adventure, How the Grrth Stole Life Day

It is a cartoon-sh holiday fun game. Sure, there's some silliness, but it is intended for rum and egg nog while rolling the dice.

Besides, it has stats for Figrin D'an, Luke's friends from the Tosche Station and Bea Arthur's character from the Holiday Special: Ackmena.

Download it and pregens at http://www.mediafire.com/folder/t2uz5bqotrpbb/How_Grrth

I have a bunch of stuff linked in my signature. At the moment it's all for the Beta (plus updates) rules only, but as soon as I get the book in my hot little hands I'll be updating (may take me a week or two).

Your resources were a huge help in the beta, Grib, and I can't wait to get some updates for the Core Rulebook. Glad to see you're sticking around :)

Gribble, I have your resources inside my Savage Worlds custom GM screen as my active eote GM screen. The official one will have to be pretty dang impressive to get me to switch,

Ugh... I thought the upgrade was supposed to make things better! Arparently I can only have 2 lines in my signature now, and can't include links!

Anyway, here's the stuff that was in my signature:

There might now be an alternative. It looks like I can edit my old posts, regardless of how long ago they were created. We could now compile these lists in a single post and the beginning of each thread and update as often as required. We also have the option to "follow topics". I'll experiment a bit.

The forums just jumped to lightspeed !

Edit : Ooo! Quoting seems to work much better also.

Good to hear they're being put to use, although I'd hate to take sales away from FFG - that certainly wasn't my intention!

Hey Gribble, do you plan to update your resources for the Core Rulebook? Or were you just planning to do that stuff for the beta?

Yep, that's the plan. My book is shipping (or is about to), so once that arrives give me a couple of weeks to digest and update.

GARRETT!!!  For shame!!!   ;)

I do believe I beat you out on the "first" fully laid-out and published fan-made Star Wars EotE adventure, with The Enemy of my Enemy...  (I could be wrong, though, I published it in April.)

LOL...

Which you all can download RIGHT HERE:  http://www.d20radio.com/content/module_enemyofmyenemy.zip

Just to mention that the ability to add links to our signatures has been added back. We can also use more than 2 lines again.

On the MediaFire download page, it shows that he uploaded this on 12-30-2012.  I'm thinking that he beat you to the punch.  None-the-less, kudos to both of you for putting these together.

Owww!!!   :P

All right, Garret - you win this round!!   ;)   And it's a title I'll gladly hand over to you, buddy.

(Thanks, Farsox.)
