Eroecchi 0 Posted March 18, 2009 i think it actually means you have to have someone other then them on the filed to cast magic, as in thinkerbell lvl 0 can be cast by anyone who has a magic value, but if they have the - they are unable to cast it. but in reality your player card already has 0 or a 1 magic value so it really dosn;t matter at this point.
