I've been slightly irrated with the PC games as some 'English' leaders, such as Victoria or Churchill, were really leaders of the British, not just the English. Tibs 184 Posted May 20, 2013 I guarantee you the Civs and the leaders will be these: Aztecs: Montezuma English: Elizabeth French: Napoleon Japanese: Tokugawa Mongols: Genghis Khan Zulu: Shaka SM Civ is based mostly off of Civilization: Revolution, and so far the official Civs and their leaders have been 100% consistent with that game.
