Question about craft/strenght from items

This is the one question we have been wondering answer.

 

1. When your opening Portal of Power, or if you are in Mines/Crypt where you need craft/strenght does the items you carry affect in your strenght/craft? (for example you have craft 7 from your base + counters, but do you count craft/strenght also from solomon's crown, or from your followers like unicorn or maiden to your total when opening portal or in Mines/Crypt? )

If the card specificaly says "Add X to STR" or "Adds X to Craft" then yes you can (Unless the card specifies otherwise)..

However some cards just say something like "Adds 1 to STR in Battle" or something like that.  in which case no.
