theboogerman 0 Posted November 23, 2008 So, I decided to toss together a water Sakura deck just for fun and this is what I've got thus far... CHARACTERS [1] Sakura**** ATTACKS [16] 4x high plasma beam 4x shadow blade 4x Juni's cannon spike 4x lumber axe ACTIONS [8] 4x kung-fu training 4x rejection ASSETS [3] 3x Lynette's shop FOUNDATIONS 4x Chester's backing 4x Chinese boxing 4x hybrid style 4x the gorgeous team 3x blind loyalty 3x rapid Ares style 3x shooting capoera 3x battle prowess 3x soul of Ling-sheng Su 2x the kyokugen karate innovator SIDE DECK [8] 4x ??? 4x ???? High plasma beam is the finisher and the rest of the deck is tailored to reversal shenanigans. I'm considering adding in Ayame's scarf, Sakura's shinku hadoken and divination but am unsure as what to drop. any thoughts or suggestions?
Davachido 23 Posted November 24, 2008 If you don't mind using block 2 you could go with kyokugen karate and clones instead of the innovator/lumber axe because you can pump your attacks for +5 damage reliably, also you can fetch back clones with gorgeous team for attacks. Also you could try running the angel of evening, more readying tech on the defensive, block then ready chester's backing.
Da_ghetto_gamer 0 Posted November 24, 2008 Ive always liked seeking a challenge in sakura because it helps you clear the card pool on yours or your opponents turn when playing attacks it gives the deck a more aggro capability plus its a 1/5 foundation what could go wrong with that
theboogerman 0 Posted November 24, 2008 I like the idea of angel of the evening. I'll have to see what I can drop for 'em. clones sounds nice but I think I'm going to keep the deck block 3 for now as I'm digging trying out some of water's newest tricks.
