Tashiro 62 Posted January 30, 2013 I noticed the odd thing's in metric, and listed in metres, but everything else is in 'feet'. I'm curious - why was the conversion to feet (instead of yards), and why was it converted at all? Metric's not that hard, and for people used to imperial, 1 metre is pretty **** close to 1 yard (3.3 ft to a metre). Shouldn't the conversion have been more direct? And it seems kind of weird that '50 metres' would be converted to '50 feet', rather than either '50 yards' or '150 feet'.
