Starting a Meta in NJ

Recommended Posts

Hello, new player but love the game and series with a passion. We have a group of 3-5 players looking for more. We are located in central Jersey. Would love to host tournaments if we can get a larger group. Also if there is no regional for this area I would like to try to host one. If you are interested please let me know.

I am a new player as well and at this point have only played Joust with another beginner player so I would say I am still on a pretty steep learning curve.  I live in Warren County in NJ which is about an 1 1/2 from Hamilton but I would like to meet other players and play casually on occasion too though I am a bit shy at first.  I work during the week and have family obligations (husband and 4 year old)on the weekends so I can't commit to anything but it would be nice to know that there are some nearby folks who play on occasion to help get me thru some snags complicated things that come up as well as have some fun. I love this game and the series as well!  What is the age group of the players in this meta?  I am 35yrs and am hoping to play with people who are in a similiar place in life as me. sonreir

I'm part of a three player meta in South Jersey, and we're looking for new faces to play against, especially with Regionals upcoming.  Are there any particular stores or locations in the NJ area that you like to play at?  We all have different schedules, but would definitely be interested in working out a time to meet up and play a few rounds!

Generally young adults to adults from what I've seen but we'll be hosting a regional in a few months so I'd say play on octgn as much as u can to find out what deck u wanna make, make it and head on out to the big tourney.
