Beginner's game still in print?

Recommended Posts

You may want to try other online retailers as well as gaming shops that are willing to ship product (quite a few of them are).  Just because Amazon doesn't have them in stock (they tend not to have a high volume of non-WotC RPG products to begin with) doesn't mean something is out of print.

Minatures Market might be one place worth checking; last I looked (a week or so ago), they still had several Beginner Boxes in stock.  And there are probably other online retailers that have them as well, so a Google search should provide some leads.

Good Lord, it just came out! I'm SURE it's still in print; the basic rulebook isn't even released yet. I expect it to be in print for some time. As Donovan Morningfire said, try online retailers (cheaper): MiniaturesMarket, Coolstuffinc, or Noble Knight games will likely all deliver. If you must have it NOW, hit a local bookstore or gaming store.

Well, to be fair, FFG apparently did a heavy job of pushign pre-orders for all their products last month, so it could very well be that a lot of bigger retailers (like Amazon) are simply out of stock, and FFG doesn't yet have the inventory to restock them.

Hence my suggestion to try other online sources as well as local game shops.  They don't have as broad a market as Amazon, and thus are more likely to still have some product in stock.

Miniature Market has 50 in stock.  Cool Stuff Inc has 13 in stock.  They are under $20 at each store (still less than the $30 retail price with S/H… and if you need enough other stuff you can get free S/H).
