GM Chris 192 Posted January 3, 2013 That's right, boyos. Wesa back. The next episode of the NEW Order 66 Podcast, the original podcast devoted to Star Wars Roleplaying, will be recorded this Sunday night at 8:30pm CST. We'll be answering listener questions, engaging ourselves with a new Skill Monkey segment, and talking about the Beginner's Box Set and first-play experiences! We plan to welcome TWO very special guests for Sunday's episode: - Jay Little: Lead Designer for Edge of the Empire. (You all know who that is!) - Sam Witwer: Darth Vader's secret apprentice, himself. For those not familiar with Sam Witwer, he's the actor who lent his face and voice to the Force Unleashed video game series as the main character, has done a fair bit of voice-work for the Clone Wars cartoon (and most recently as the voice of Darth Maul), is one of the leads on this little show on SyFy called Being Human (the American version, he plays Aidan), and is a long-time unabashed Star Wars Roleplaying junkie and friend of the show. So join us for the live simulcast, why don't you??!! It's gonna be a riot. Be there in chat, live, at 8:30pm CST, Sunday January 6. http://www.justin.tv/d20radio Peace, Love, and Good Gaming! djext1 44 Posted January 4, 2013 Look forward to it! Are we going to get the second half of the celebrity game as well that night?
GM Chris 192 Posted January 4, 2013 djext1 said: Look forward to it! Are we going to get the second half of the celebrity game as well that night? Yes sir, you are! Well, the second half of that first session, yes. ;-) The second session is actually planned for recording next Friday (the 11th). Andy Hurley is recording in L.A. during that time, so we'll know next week if it's solid confirmed date. And we'll be broadcasting that session live as well. So the Celebrity game will (ultimately) be broken into 4 podcast releases. 2 for the first session; 2 for the second session.
djext1 44 Posted January 4, 2013 Great! That first half really helped us with our first couple runs through the game as an example of using the dice, really look forward to hearing how it ends. Also, any chance of getting Jay in one of your games down the road? Would even be more awesome to hear him GM a game =P Keep up the good work guys, love your podcasts! As for Jay… I cannot comment on any plans at this time. ;-) But it would be GREAT if we could get him to GM a game for us, especially when the core book releases this quarter, y'know???? That would just be AMAZING. TOTALLY great idea. Yep. Ayup. Uhuh. :-D And thank you for the kind words, sir!
DuskHarlekin 1 Posted January 7, 2013 I'm new to the podcast and was wondering in the celebirty game which was awesome, what were they using for the maps? Is there a program or something?

I think you siad the persons name on the forums was Gribble, but I didn't find that name when I searched. Beldar
Lifer4700 396 Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) Arise, post, arise! GM Chris, I am brand new to FFG's roleplaying games and recently started NOT listening to Order 66. Like yesterday. My EotE books are on the UPS truck as I write this, so I enjoyed listening to the Celebrity Game with the amnesia aspect. It was very interested in hearing how the system works from the viewpoint of people that have never seen the system before. My problem is this: I can't seem to find the second half of the adventure! The last thing that happened... ...is that our heroes were escorted down to the surface of Nar Shaddaa Where can I find the other half? There were scheduling conflicts with the players and they were never able to finish the game.
Lifer4700 396 Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) Oh noes! I was hoping that was not the case! I really enjoyed the amnesia concept and I was thinking of using it to introduce this game system to my players. I was curious as to how the characters' obligations were ultimately worked into the story. Also, What was their original mission? Who sent them? Why was the wookie addressed as colonel?
