Beta Rulebook vs Beginner Game

To answer your 1st and 3rd questions yes the Core Rulebook is going to be released Spring 2013, to answer your second question yes you will need it as I believe it will be a more detailed version of the Beginners Game Rulebook and probably a more completed version of the Beta Rulebook.
