Back In time for new years. (Discuss new campaign/REintroduce

Hey guys it's me again sorry i had to take a LONG stall from my gaming groups falling appart due to well life. I should have a new group up and running by January 5th, also i have great news. I AM TRAINING AN APPRENTICE!!!! Which means i will finally get to actually play the game i paid all that money for *twitch*. Since my protege and the rest of the group are new i'm planning on running the campaign that comes with the dark heresy book. Also i'm going to pick up Inquisitors handbook. Aside from inquisitors handbook, what book is good for new awesome practical equipment. 

 

PS. I hope everyone had a merry christmas ^.^ also how has everyone been i've been gone for since like early october.

Radical's Handbook has some really good specialist equipment and Psychic/Sorcery expansions. Desciples of the Dark Gods is good for conspiracies, as it contains detailed cults and organizations, and has a few things PCs can find that they shouldn't like to keep. Book of Judgment, Blood of Martyrs, The Lathe Worlds, and Daemonhunter all have great equipment and weapons in them, but the Alternate Ranks may cause your game's power creep to move faster than you'd like. Stay small at first. Core, Inquisitor's Handbook and Desciples of the Dark Gods to start should be more than enough to keep you going for quite a while.

Thanks guys. I went to the store yesterday to pick up inquisitors handbook, they didn't have it so i got Blood of Martyrs instead. I wanted to sisters of battle, so brocken in blood of martyrs i was warned though haha. It's all good i can fix anything . . . or just adjust the campaign around SoB's and give the other players a few free talents/skills. We shall see what works. Other than SoB's being unbalanced compared to the Basic Careers in Dark heresy it's actually a really cool book with alot of information.
