Denied 10 Posted December 20, 2012 I did a similar build and it worked to some degree, I had 2 standard Firesprays with Mercenary Co-pilots and one had a Heavy Laser. Then I had Howlrunner with stealth and Swarm Tactics. The way it worked was that howlrunner allowed the rerolls and a better pilot skill for at least one of the firesprays (usually the laser one) and the sprays tanked everything they could while Howlrunner was evading attacks left in right. My opponent was not an idiot though and targetted Howlrunner with everything as soon as he could and obliterated him, but that meant I had two untouched Firesprays blasting his ships up and he lost more models then I did. In the end the resilience and the Heavy Laser (which is amazing when coupled with a Mercenary Co-pilot) did really well. I dont like investing all those points into only a hand full of models though. As is I am more leaning towards a 3-Interceptor 2- (named) Tie build that could be really nasty. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

As for switching out Dark Curse for Turr, Dark Curse with Stealth might be the most hard-to-hit ship in the game. 4 Ag, Evade token, and, oh, you can't reroll or use Focus? Best of luck to you. Denied 10 Posted December 20, 2012 I honestly couldn't give a **** about any model/ characters gender him is as ambigous to me as it. That said my post still stands its all dependent on play style. Also yes Dark Curse with Agi is disgustingly hard to hit, but they only need one set of lucky rolls to take away your wonderful evasion tanking.
