Warped Board Replacement?

I've heard via the How to Play podcast that in earlier printings of the 2nd Edition, the boards were warped or prone to warping, and that FFG will replace your board if this is the case. Is this true? And if so, how do I go about requesting a new board, as mine is very warped to the point where it's pretty much unplayable.

after reading this post and others on this site and on BGG (boardgamegeek.com) i contacted FFG about getting a new board.

they were prompt and courteous and i got my new board within 3 days!!!

the best customer service and so happy with my new board.

Body feels not good, then go to the hospital for examination, the doctor asked X-rayed, X-ray, MD wrote diagnosis, and then I took the diagnosis and film to the doctor. Surprisingly, the doctors took X-ray diagnosis began shaking his head,  his mouth Gee, I was immediately pumped wow cool, want to ask the doctor left how long results that doctors say is: "Oh, now young doctors, the handwriting is really bad.
