I just started playing Netrunner a few days back, I am still unclear about certain stuff. Just say, I install an asset which is proctected my 2 ICEs, can I rezzed that asset at any time? even during my opponnent's (Runner) turn? For exmaple, I have install an asset PAD Campaign which is proctectec my 2 ICEs, the Runner tries to make a run there but unsuccessful, and at the end of the Runner's turn, I rezzed PAD Campaign. Can that be done?

Yes, as per the timing charts in the FAQ and the rulebooks as well(note the FAQs is more accurate) rezzing non ice can be done at several points throughout both players turns.
