Ice interaction

Recommended Posts

Does being affected by sub-routines on ice constitute interaction and therefore you must match the strength of the ice first?

My friend in last nights game could not match the strength of a piece of ice took the consequences of the sub routines and then carried on through to the next piece of ice.

thanks for the help.

No, you must match the strength to break subroutines with the icebreaker you are using. If you are just going to let them affect you or cannot break them then the subroutines affect you and then you move to the next piece of ice unless one of the subroutines was "End the Run".
