ktom 598 Posted December 28, 2012 Well, I can understand why people don't want to accept it. They really want it to come out the other way. But, on the other hand, I never heard a good, logical reason for reading the "Setup" keyword rules as allowing you to put the attachment on a card that was not placed during setup, or for why the HoD location should be considered part of Setup.
