Gothik 0 Posted October 17, 2012 Here they come: Armor 7 + Damage Resilient? Like It!
Dreachon 0 Posted October 17, 2012 **** they looked nasty and just look at all those MG on them, 3 no less, the tesla will be an infantry grinder for sure.
golem101 3 Posted October 17, 2012 Oh God, the Lavrenti Beria is some serious badass tank!
orcbreath 1 Posted October 17, 2012 That ATO-45 is a flame thrower mounted next to cannon. Keeps the gorillas off the tank. Ever see 'The Beast' movie ?
Loophole Master 2 Posted October 17, 2012 That flamer is one of the weirdest weapons in terms of fire arc. Really hard to explain how this huge tracked beast can fire that flamer at anyone.

I think that the flamer is turret-mounted, while the second HMG is on the chassis (thus lacking the anti-aircraft damage). EDIT: took a better look at the pics on the Dust site, the flamer is on the chassis. Yes, its fire arc makes little sense.
Major Mishap 33 Posted October 17, 2012 Am I missing something? The Bevia looks far superior to the Tesla armed Karl Marx but is cheaper in points.
Dakkon426 0 Posted October 17, 2012 Yes, the rules for Tesla weapons perhaps?
orcbreath 1 Posted October 17, 2012 Doing some research, some T-34's had ATO-41 (ATO-42 later) replacing the hull machine gun. Some T54 had ATO-54 flamethrower instead of 7.62 mm SGMT coaxial medium machine gun. Aesthetically and imagination wise, a turret mount makes more sense with a 2 range. 'Spinning' around _ Frying those trying to mount the tank. Guess he didn't see 'The Beast' movie. Oh well… just a game.
SolennelBern 167 Posted October 17, 2012 Well now, if someone wanted to treat himself with one of those tanks in their Premium forms…which one would this dude buy? IMO both look nice but i'm leaning towards the Lavrentiy Beria… And I can see Nikolaï grinning at me right now…he'd love to pilot one of those soon heheh
Lska2 0 Posted October 18, 2012 If i could buy one of them i would go with Beria. It's a good tan for a good price and you can get some inf for the rest of the points to fend off those zombies and BBQ boys;)
SolennelBern 167 Posted October 18, 2012 I think i'll wait for the 2 toher tanks that were announced a while ago. 1 heavy tank for 350pts DT games will be enough.
mgentile7 0 Posted October 18, 2012 I could see converting a pershing mbt to similar stats to balance out this beast for a large game. I think I just may try that soon.
