Dr. Jay 1 Posted October 6, 2012 Playing a game today and the question came up about using marksmanship with cluster missiles. We interpreted, thematically, that things like focus and marksmanship fit more with your primary weapons than with your secondary weapons. You know, a pilot drilling in on an enemy with his guns and making just the right move at the last second to score the hit kind of thing vs. a missile, which is, thematically, fire and forget.
