Target lock + Focus when using Ion cannon

Ok this came up the other night.   Y-Wing has target lock,  uses focus as an action, then shoots with the ion cannon.   Would you recieve the bonusus from both target lock and Focus.  OR just the Focus.   We came to the conclusion that both effects would go off; however, If that is true, Ion cannon just got a little better.

You can use either or both.  You can use Target Lock to reroll and if you get a bunch of Focus icons, you can use the Focus Token to change them all to hits.

Yep, either or both. Keep in mind that it won't affect the amount of damage inflicted, but it will increase the chances of having it successfully hit.
