I had some missising cards, and they replaced them for me super quick and with out charge. I will definatly be buying anything and everything Arkham Horror related for strange eons. Rather embarrasingly, I've twice written in to report missing components, only to later find those components in some odd place and have to hastily send off a retraction. After buying the Premium Banners for Battles of Westeros, I've found two plastic flags missing in my set, and they dropped me a whole new set for free, and not just the components. Some time ago I discovered that some character pegs from Arkham had fallen victim to my friend's dog. I inquired about purchasing replacements and was informed that they would be sending them out right away at no charge. I got them the following week. I was thrilled. Companies are often made aware of their failures when it comes to customer service. I am very pleased to take a few moments to point out that FFG does it right. Thank you.
