Librarians finally get a secondary doctrine (which one day I'll even finish) and I've added a psychic power conversion to the document (I found the file with the conversion on my hard drive - I haven't looked through it yet to see if it works, nor have I anyy idea who did the rules conversion to begin with. If you see something you recognise, can you let me know so I can credit whomever did the hard yards there. Danke) Humours have been slightly tweaked and I've thrown in a couple more badges. Again, still not finished, but I thought I'd upload the WIP stuf in a much easier to read format than last time (although please don't think for a second that I've actually formatted it nicely yet.
