I know FFG tends to put out rule books online before the game actually becomes available for purchase. I don't particularly remember playing the original game (although I know I owned some cards) and would like to familiarize myself with the system before buying it. The rules haven't been released yet, but expect them to be posted on the game's support page before August 16th (its release at Gencon). Till then, you can brush up on the original Netrunner's rules through several online portals.
