SolennelBern 167 Posted July 9, 2012 Hey…i'm as desparate as to post this in probably the wrong forum, just so I can let some steam off… On june 23rd I ordered 2 DT playmats. I received the usual "Order received" email from FFG. Since then, silence, complete frustrating silence. On June 27th I decided to write then to store@blahblahdotcom and ask them if everything was ok with my order. Still no answer. On June 29th I write them again using their Customer Service page, asking what was going on and to simply have some update about my order. Still no answer. On July 4th I did the same thing and was aware that it was an off day for the USA. So I didn't expected an answer that day. July 9th, still nothing from FFG. Order still "Pending" with no communication whatsoever with what I was told to be one the best customer service in the industry. What am I left with now apart from waiting?!!? It's really frustrating since all my orders were shipped promptly, even some MoM POD I ordered a couple days before. The playmats are "In Stock" when I ordered them and they still are. I'm sorry, i'm really pissed right now, first time i've been in years. I wouldn't be if I had a minimum of communication with FFG. I'm not asking for the moon, simply a quick email as to why the order didn't shipped. I'm no happy gamer. FYI, here's some infos about me: I don't live in my mom's basement and i'm not an impatient prick . I have my own place, have a really cool job, i'm happy and good with people 23.9 hours a day. Just wanted to make that clear lol.
SolennelBern 167 Posted July 10, 2012 LOL they're the best!Just received an email saying that they recently received (recently…) my order and that the shipping cost should be $33 instead of $20 like it showed on my order and they want me to pay the extra bucks for shipping it…They wait 10 week days and 3 emails to send me this!?I love them!Anyways, I cancelled my order and i'm done with them.
