Toad and Command Spell

If I was turned into a Toad on The Crown of Command, can I cast the Command Spell?

I believe that was ruled NO, as Toad you're basically just sitting at the Crown for 3 turns.

The Toad Card says that you may not cast spells, hence the Command SPELL may not be cast.

Point is though that even a Craft 1-2 char can cast the Command Spell IIRC.

You can't have, thus can't cast Spells when you have 1-2 Craft, but the Command Spell is a special case.

Oh yes, I understand what you mean. Either way, the Toad Card specifically states that no spells may be cast in Toad form.
