Performance artist vs. the Khopesh

Performance artist vs. Khopesh:  does the artist prevent the action of both characters being wounded or just my own.  If the former is then artist is not capable of defending against the khopesh, correct?

Performance Artist disrupts (and so cancels) the complete action.

So, no wounds for nobody.

And yes, pretty useless.

Assuming you're referring to the doorway vs khopesh ruling its two different situations.

If you use Performance artist to cancel the khopesh's effect it cancels both wounds.

Interestingly though, you sacrifice a targeted PA for a reason other than canceling the khopesh's effect before the khopesh resolves the attached character would still be wounded.
