Don Pedro MCh 0 Posted March 4, 2012 I'd love to see an official program for online play. Games would be rather slow-paced i can imagine, with people logging in, executing 1 order and logging out, but i would be interested.
DoctorDH 0 Posted March 5, 2012 This would make an excellent video game. No doubt about it. They could even make it so there would be cool little battle animations that took place during combat. Also, as long as there was a timer for each phase a game woulnt have to last too long.
hejtord 0 Posted June 24, 2012 Crusade of kings II. a game of thrones is proberly the next best thing:) http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?610007-Mod-A-Game-of-Thrones
blackrabbit3 0 Posted August 17, 2012 I personally doubt this is going to happen for a very simple reason. Fantasy Flight owns the rules and game mechanics of this game, and to make a videogame means, giving the rights of these rules to a software house in order to develop it. 1..Any sales made by the videogame would not go in the pockets of Fantasy Flight since they would not be the owners of the videogame IP. 2.This is probably the most sold IP owned by Fantasy Flight, and selling the licence to make a game which is still selling record numbers is business suicide. This is the reason why you do have Game of Thrones videogames but none of them resemble at all the boardgame. Also reason why you will never see a Games Workshop franchise like Warhammer or W40k, being developed by a software house with the exact same rules as the table top game (Except Bloodbowl, because the game does no longer produce a steady income, and because it is also developed by GW, they got a "cut" from the videogame sales).
