Use shotgun more than once on same turn

Can the shotgun (Action: pay 1 to choose and wound a character commited to this story) be used multiple times durring the same story phase?

If so is it allowed to use it multiple times against multiple "target" characters?  How about multiple times against multiple characters?

as long as you can keep paying the 1, and have a vaild target at the story you can keep using it. if you have all 3 domains free you can either wound a character commited to the same story 3 times, or up to 3 characters total. if you can refresh your domains during th story phase, or have extra domains you can keep going.
