CSMs beginning w/2 Bolt Pistols?

Hiyas!

 

If this question has been already answered, plese point me in the right direction... Thanks!

The "general CSM template" has a bolt pistol included as gear, & some  of the CSM Archetypes have this same bolt pistol included in their own Archetypes, in their gear - I was wondering if this was a mistake or do these Archetypes get 2 bolt pistols?
