player266669 273 Posted November 22, 2011 If my opponent uses a card such as Drowned Zombies to make one of his developments into a unit, and I damage that development while it is a unit without destroying it, does that damage token remain on the development when it stops being a unit? 1 mischraum.de reacted to this
Shindulus 7 Posted November 22, 2011 No. They do not remain on the dev
player266669 273 Posted November 22, 2011 For the sake of convincing future opponents of the correctness of your words, can you please cite your source for this ruling?
Mallumo 85 Posted November 22, 2011 Show them page 4 of the rules booklet, where it says "Damage tokens are used to record hits that have been taken by units and by a player's capital." Therefore, support cards, quests, and developments can't have damage tokens on them - not unless they are also a unit. Once they stop being a unit too, the damage tokens are removed. Entropy42 7 Posted November 29, 2011 Pretty sure its also in the Rules Summary with a direct quote from Lukas.
Mallumo 85 Posted November 29, 2011 The FAQ says is all, but it says it specifically about the faceup developments created by Judgment of Loec. That should be adjusted in the next version.
Entropy42 7 Posted November 30, 2011 The v1.5 FAQ says this: Some cards can become faceupdevelopments. If a card becomes afaceup development (and is only adevelopment), remove all damageand resource tokens from it. Faceupdevelopments are considered tohave no text box, no power, nocost, no loyalty, no traits, and no hitpoints. They do retain their title and uniqueness and are considered to be inplay. This question made me realize my condensed FAQ is missing this passage though, so thanks.

Even if that unit is also a development.
