Hello,

I'll have to ask  actual timing of polar event Antartic Wind.

Am I right if I rule card this way... if you don't have any of the polar events in your discard pile before playing this one, then you can only exhaust opponent's character and nothing else. Then later playing Antarctic wind, you can both exhaust opponents character and wound that same character??? (CoC p.5)

Yup, that's right. Antartic Wind isn't in the discard yet when its effect is resolving. So it's not a very good card.
