Aufklarerlaufer 1D (5cm) Helmut

Recommended Posts

I really liked the look of the Light Panzer Walkers but wanted to arm them with something a little more substantial. Being interested in WWII German recon vehicles I decided to go with the 5cm cannon similar to the one on the Puma. Of course what could be better than one gun, you guessed it two guns!

My Dust force is from the desert of North Africa and I assume they wouldn't get the best newest equipment. Just like the historical Afrika Korps I'm trying to add salvaged equipment and field modifications to the army. Now my siege battalion around Tobruk has some recon to find those pesky bunkers and gun emplacements for the pioneers.

I would love Dust Warfare to have different options for arming vehicles, so you could create your own loadout before each game.

Best DAK paint theme achieved in the community so far!

The conversion is also among the best works I´ve seen. Please post more pictures of your works!

Some of the pics I can´t see, does it happen to anyone else?

Ordered a second Light Panzer Walker to build my very own Helmut.

I think I'll use the second spare LaserKanone to make a Medium Panzer Walker not as fine tuned or heavily armored as the Loewe (ex-Wotan), but with two laser weapons nonetheless (the Loewchen, to keep up with the hunting feline names).
