I very much enjoy playing it, just may not master it quite as quickly as I expected! And then there's a third game, which consists of FFG rulings and commonly accepted ways to interpret certain situations that have never been codified and over which only ktom has anything close to a complete overview. ~Sometimes I feel like we're a bunch of medieval scholastic monks who strive to extract theological truth from the bible, the apocrypha, the writings of the church fathers and sacred tradition, and ktom is our Thomas Aquinas. Then again, I guess it's maybe not that bad. 90 percent of game situations can be resolved with the rule book alone, and of the remaining 10 percent, again 90 percent can be resolved with the FAQ. The remaining one percent is what the search function of the Rules board and ktom are for. And the very few questions that cannot conclusively answered by them just have to be sent to FFG.
