haslo 950 Posted January 22, 2009 My take is that Recharge can only be used once a card would be discarded, to avoid having to discard it. "Return to your technology deck" however never even gets to discarding it, and thus the trigger where the player could use the Recharge ability doesn't occur in the first place. A counter-argument could be made that Recharge can be used to replace discarding the card even before the return to technology deck can replace discarding the card, but I don't think it's possible to make a manual replacement happen before an automatic one.
