Cheshire Cat - You can play an extra dark card in addition to the dark limit already in play. 
Hercules - No, you can not bounce the card that you played.

Oh, scratch that Hercules ruling, someone lied to me a while back. Roxas_Lawliet set me straight. so yes, Bouncy Wild can be bounced to your hand with Hercules.

cheshire cat, despite its i guess confusing text, does NOT raise the worlds actual level. They stay the same level they just allow one extra dark card to be played on it is all.
