I have Under the Porch. A play the Action and Sacrifice Under the Porch. But my opponet play a Power Drain. ¿What happen?

 

• Under the Porch go to discard pile, and his effect has not effect? isn't?

And if my opponent cancel a Shocking Transformation? (i was sacrifing a cultist)

 You still pay the cost (sacrifice) but don't get the result (bring into play...).

 Let me be a bit more clear - you don't even get to search your deck.  Everything before "to" is the cost - you still do that.  Everything after "to" is the effect, you don't get that because Power Drain canceled it.
